Your right of withdrawal

Under Art. 52 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.

Exception: made-to-order products

Please note that our items are 3D printed to order. Under Art. 59(c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made to measure or clearly personalised (for example the specific color and size combination you chose). We evaluate every request in good faith: contact us before ordering with any doubt.

How to withdraw (when applicable)

  1. Send an explicit declaration by email to lorenzaferazzoli@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number.
  2. Return the goods within 14 days of the communication, complete and undamaged, to the address we will provide.
  3. Return shipping costs are on you, unless otherwise agreed.
  4. We will refund the amount paid (including standard outbound shipping) using the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment.

Defective or damaged products

Withdrawal does not cover conformity defects: in that case the legal guarantee applies (Art. 128 ff. Consumer Code). Contact us immediately with photos of the issue and we will find the best solution together (replacement, repair or refund).
