1. Scope

These terms govern the sale of the products offered on this website by Lorenza Ferazzoli, residing in Via delle Giunchiglie 41, 00172 Rome, Italy, contactable at lorenzaferazzoli@gmail.com.

The activity is currently carried out on an occasional basis, within the limits allowed by applicable law.

2. Products

Items are 3D prints made to order: photographs are representative and small variations in color, finish or layering are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute a defect. Available variants (color, size) are shown on the product page.

3. Prices

All prices are in euro (EUR). Shipping costs are clearly shown before order confirmation and summarised in the total.

4. Payments

Accepted methods: card (via Stripe), PayPal and bank transfer. For bank transfers, the order stays pending until the payment is received; the reference must include the order number. Unpaid bank transfer orders are cancelled automatically after the stated deadline.

5. Production and shipping

Production times start from payment confirmation and are approximately 3-5 business days, plus carrier times. Delivery is handled by InPost to the selected pickup point or, where available, to your home address.

6. Right of withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies as described on the dedicated page.

7. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure. Our overall liability does not exceed the amount paid for the order.
